This is an example of our certificate of completion. The certifcate, which you will receive contains the following information.

• Your Score
• Your Assessement Date
• Your Cognitive Classification
• Your Test ID Number

If you would like to order a certificate, please follow the instructions below. The cost for the certificate is $10.00 USD (note: this is a one-time fee - no other charges or hidden costs will ever be applied). You will recieve an HR (High-Resolution) copy, in PNG format, measuring 1218px X 861px, suitable for framing, sent to the e-mail which you provide in the order form. Each certificate is completed, by hand (non-automation) and we work to get these out within 24-hours of receiving your order.

If you order today, we will include, at no additional charge, a separate copy of the holographic image, displaying your score. Some of our test takers have chosen to laminate these for convenient portability.

Both certificate and the holographic image are High-Resolution at 300dpi. Both will be sent to your e-mail address in PNG and PDF format.
